Benjamin is a whopping 10 months! Crazy!
He is a crawling fool. He’s super fast despite his size (we’re guess about 31.5+inches and about 22lbs)
He has started cruising along furniture, even letting go on occasion.
He has 8 teeth (and LOVES to bite!)
Food wise, he’s sick of purees – he had: Squash, sweet potato, applesauce, yogurt, avocado, green beans and bananas
We moved to diced/chunks of food – sweet potatoes, bananas, peas, zucchini, and raisins. Of course, his trusty gluten-free Mum Mums are still in the mix! The raisins we discovered when we gave him a gluten-free oatmeal raisin cookie. We also discovered gluten free apple-cinnamon cheerio type things!
Zach’s parents bought the boys a pool, a super huge, inflatable one with a cabana! We wanted something a bit, smaller 🙂 So we bought a hard plastic one with a slide. Keaton loves the slide, but so does Benjamin! I of course, hold him as he goes down, but, if he doesn’t get an immediate turn, whew, that temper shows through!
He’s quite dramatic and has mastered the “pouty lip” 🙂 When he gets in trouble, the lip shows and it’s followed by a “ma ma ma ma”…sigh… 🙂
He is our little percussionist (a child after my own heart!) and loves to beat and pat things all day – and has pretty impeccable timing!
He’s wearing 18+ month clothing, unless he’s in a disposable diaper, then it’s 12 month bottoms, but tops, yeh, definitely nearing 24 month stuff, chunky 🙂
He still loves being in the hotsling and naps through church on Sunday mornings.
He loves pestering his brother, even took him down in one fell swoop the other day!
Crazy to think in 2 months he’ll be a year old! Time flies!
