7 Months

Standard

Sweet boy.

Foods you’ve tasted (in no particular order) –
Apples, Carrots, Sweet Potatoes, Bananas, Rice, Peaches, Avocado, Peas, Green Beans
You may orΒ  may not have also had baked apples from Chili’s and a french fry, or 2, from a restaurant that will remain unnamed. One should be so lucky to be the 3rd child πŸ˜‰

You Love:
Your biggest brother
Bath time
Being naked
Eating (either solids, or nursing, as you are, thankfully, still quite attached)
Sleeping (when you choose to sleep)
Being outside
Your daddy (see above!)
Mama
Blowing Spit Bubbles
Laughing. You have the most infectious laugh – your whole body shakes. You snort. It’s awesome.
Being as loud as you can in church
Flirting with any woman that will look your way

You Hate:
Diaper Changes
When we don’t feed you quick enough
When we don’t pay attention to you πŸ˜‰
Sleeping in the pack & play (sorry, but you outgrew your swing…and our bed isn’t safe to be alone in once you’re crawling)

What you are up to:
You can sit up on your own
You are trying so hard to crawl (you spend more time on your knees than tummy these past couple of days)
You can roll like no other
You respond so well when we say “no”
You have 3 teeth, with many more sitting on the surface ready to pop through

Funny games:
You love spitting/blowing bubbles
A few nights ago, you thought it was the best thing in the world to “hit” me with the burp cloth and for me to say, “Whew. Ow!” For almost 10 minutes, you laughed so hard, you were crying and squealing – you have the best personality.
You love when I stack blocks so you can knock them down – again with the hysterical laughing. πŸ™‚

“words” you “say”:
“hey”
“mama”
“dada”
And I swear when I told you “I love you” the other day, you said, “lub du” (I’ll believe that for all eternity) πŸ˜‰
And anything that sounds like a spit bubble*

I seriously do not remember Keaton or Benjamin doing spit bubbles like this kid can do. It’s really amazing.
